Apply liner to the eyes or face. With a light hand, and a quick flick of the wrist, create defined wings that elevate any makeup design. Allow colors to dry before layering other eye liners or colors over them. For drag and cosplay makeup, apply White eye liner on the inner corner, and underneath the bottom eye line to make the eyes appear larger. Gently wipe off makeup with Hydra Cleanse or warm soapy water.
